The Diabetes Research Group is involved in clinical and basic sciences research of diabetes treatment, prevention and complications. The clinical research concentrates primarily on the efficacy of investigation therapies for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications. This is currently a very exciting time in diabetes with the introduction of new agents for the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
